All our Accessories are branded and only from these two companies Synco and Precise making them more compatible with the Carrom Boards you buy.

We are based in Scarborough, Ontario in Canada and we ship from the same location. Our contact details including our address is available on our website.
Can we come and buy the Carrom Boards and the Accessories from your location in Scarborough, Ontario?
Yes certainly, in fact we prefer our customers come over personally to buy the Carrom Boards and Accessories from our store and have a look at the complete range of products before making a decision. Also, they can check and inspect the product themselves before their purchase.
Do you ship your products within Canada?
Yes, we do ship our products to practically every place in Canada at a flat shipping rate, at reasonable shipping rates.

If we bought a product in-store. Can we return it by mail?
Products that have been bought in-store have to be returned in-store subject to the Return Policy parameters.
Can we modify or cancel our online orders?
We are unable to modify or cancel an order once placed.
Please ensure that the shipping details are correct prior to confirming your order as we will not be able modify the order or the address once the order is placed.
What happens if we have placed our order and the item is either “out of stock” or not available in the quantity/number we have ordered for?
If the product/item is “out of stock” we will refund the full amount in the same manner the order was placed.
If we have limited quantities (less than what you have ordered for) we will contact you by email and take your confirmation if we could ship the part delivery – the balance amount will be refunded in the same manner the order was placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping only for Carrom Strikers – no minimum quantities.
For the other products we have a flat reasonable shipping rate.
